Wood, pastel colours, white surfaces and minimal lines characterize the furnishings of Soceca's offices located in a new building on the edge of a wood. The large windows and single-paned structural walls assure a constant visual contact with nature.

The Soceca Costruzioni building at Cislago is located in an industrial development area bordered by a wood. The large structure of the manufacturing facilities has been constructed using prefabricated béton brut panels and ends in a continuous glass facade offering an injection of light overlooking a small private square. Transparency is total, displaying the construction system used for the building and the technological system supporting and harnessing the façade. The patio, around which the three floors of management offices are organised, is highlighted on the outside by a metal-coloured structure that is wedged into the long manufacturing arm, jutting out at the pedestrian entrance. Transparency is once again the theme running through the office interiors, with individual offices delimited by transparent floor-to-ceiling walls created by Sacea.

The glass walling and the Young and Next office furnishings reinforce the concept of luminosity, enhancing the office space by exploiting clean lines and pastel colours.
